残布の再利用 Fabric Reuse
洋服の生産工程で必ずでる残布を自動車や鉄鋼の工場で油を拭くために使われているウェスとして再利用しています。残布の廃棄を無くしCO2の削減に勤めます。
We repurpose fabric remnants produced during our garment-making processes. These offcuts are recycled for use in automotive and steel factories as rags, aiding in the reduction of waste and CO2 emissions.
管理生産 Controlled Production
洋服の生産工程で必ずでる残布を自動車や鉄鋼の工場で油を拭くために使われているウェスとして再利用しています。残布の廃棄を無くしCO2の削減に勤めます。
By meticulously overseeing our production process in our own factories in Japan, we minimize wastage of materials and products. Rather than producing en masse, only to discard unsold items, we aspire to promote clean and sustainable fashion practices.
太陽光パネル Solar Panels
社屋の天井に太陽光パネルを設置し太陽光発電により作られたグリーンな電気により、社内の電気をまかないCO2の削減に勤めています。
We've installed solar panels on our building rooftops, harnessing green energy to power our operations and reduce our CO2 footprint.
自動裁断機の導入 Automated Cutting Machines
服作りにおいて最も危険とされる工程が裁断です。生地裁断用のノコギリを使い人の手により裁断を行っていましたが、洋服の型紙データを流し込むことで自動で裁断できる裁断機を導入しました。
これにより危険で重労働だった裁断の作業が、安全で力のいらない作業へと変化しました。
Traditionally, fabric cutting was regarded as one of the riskier aspects of garment-making. While previously done manually with saws, we've introduced machines that can automatically cut fabric based on design patterns, making the process safer and more efficient.
ジェンダーバランス Gender Balance
南出メリヤスでは正社員の50％以上が女性スタッフで構成されています。男女平等に仕事への参画機会を提供しジェンダー平等な社会を目指します。
Over 50% of our full-time staff at NARU FACTORY are female. We aim for an equitable workplace, ensuring both men and women have equal opportunities.

水素自動車 Hydrogen-powered Vehicles
走行中にCO2を排出しない水素自動車MIRAIを社用車として採用しました。走るほど空気をクリーンにし“ゼロエミッション”から“マイナスエミッション”を目指します。
Our company cars are now the hydrogen-fueled MIRAI models, which don't emit CO2. They not only aim for “zero emissions” but actively work towards a "negative emission" profile.

リサイクルコットン Recycled Cotton
綿糸の生産工程で生じる落ち綿を再利用して作られる再生コットンです。NARU FACTORYはブランド立ち上げ当初からブランドオリジナル素材としてリサイクルコットンを使用しています。
Made from the excess cotton that falls during the cotton yarn production process. Since our brand's inception, NARU FACTORY has incorporated this recycled cotton as a foundational material.
リサイクルウール Recycled Wool
使わなくなったウール衣類を反毛し再び糸にした再生ウールです。NARU FACTORYではウールの産地尾州の「毛七（ケシチ）」という再生羊毛を使用した素材を使用しています。
Wool garments that are no longer in use are reprocessed into new yarn. We use a recycled wool material from a producer in Oshu named "Ke Shichi".
リサイクルナイロン Recycled Nylon
リサイクルナイロンの使用は原料である石油の使用を軽減します。NARU FACTORYではリコンフィーと呼ばれる再生ナイロンを使用した素材を使用しています。
Using recycled nylon helps reduce the dependency on oil as a raw material. At NARU FACTORY, we utilize a type of recycled nylon called "Reconfy".
オーガニックコットン Organic Cotton
無農薬で育てられたオーガニックコットンの使用は、農薬に苦しむ綿花農家の環境改善に繋がります。
Cultivated without pesticides, the use of organic cotton aids in improving the working conditions of cotton farmers.
